Fitness Classes

Please fill out and bring in to your first class. Class Client Intake and Waiver

 

Low Impact Boot Camp (Age 8+): 6-7pm Tuesdays and Thursdays

These low impact classes are for individuals of all ages to enhance mobility, improve balance, endurance and coordination. This class is fun for the whole family. It integrates your entire body system to make your movements more efficient to decrease aches and pains.

Boot Camp Intervals: 6-7am Wednesdays and Fridays

If you are looking for a great workout that gets results, this is the class for you. Lean Body Interval Training is a great way to boost your metabolism, improve your muscle tone, and shed fat.

 

Movement Exploration (ages 8-14): 4-5pm Tuesdays and Thursdays (drop in)

An afterschool program for grade school and middle school athletes (all kids are athletes). This class builds a foundation of essential movement patterns to develop coordination and build confidence in a fun atmosphere. Kids get a chance to do a variety of activities where they can learn body control and spatial awareness along side their peers.

Movement Express (12-18): 3-4pm Tuesdays and Thursdays (drop in)

The pace of activity increases in these classes. Our goal for this class is to build the complexity of movements to enhance athletic ability through gains in strength, endurance, mobility, and agility.

 

 

Cost

Adults:

$10 drop in class

$40 6 class punch cards

 

Children:

$5 recommended donation for kid’s drop in classes.

Donations go toward local charities to benefit children. It gives kids the happiness of helping other kids through being physically active.
