MOVEMENT SKILL DEVELOPMENT – Creating Repeat Champions

 

COME AND TRAIN WITH THE BEST…train the right way, reduce your risk of injury and learn the techniques needed to be a more successful athlete!

What you will get out of it:

• Develop athletic age appropriate motor skills to help decrease the risk for injury.
• Develop speed and power the smart way.
• Education on correct training methods and nutrition.
• Coordination development, including; body rhythm, spatial awareness, force application and absorption, balance, reactivity to sights and sounds, and synchronized movement.

 

Additional Information: If you would like to set up a conditioning camp/clinic for your team, friends or group, please give us a call.  The more people you have, the lower your rate will be.  Groups do not need to be of the same sport and/or sex, but they can be grouped by age (i.e. middle school & high school).  For additional information, contact Joe Bolewicz or Jeff Rhone at 360-629-8043.
