COACH JOE’S FITNESS ACADEMY

 

 

FITNESS CLASSES:

Stanwood Camano Physical Therapy is proud to announce Coach Joe’s Fitness Classes. Our unique training system incorporates methods children naturally use in play as a way to develop flexibility, strength and coordination. Coach Joe’s Fitness Classes are group classes that are fun and non-regimented with movements based on scientific evidence. Joe has spent years developing and revising his training system. He has created these classes to help you build the tools necessary to perform above the level of your desired activity.
Coach Joe’s Fitness Classes are for individuals of all ages whether your goal is to lessen aches and pains or improve health and athletic performance. Our classes are ideal and fun for the whole family. Exercising with your family is a great way to bond and promote a happy, healthy lifestyle.

Come to check us out; the first class is on us!! This is a drop in class, but because space is limited you will want to call and reserve your spot!!!

ADULT CLASSES Tuesday & Thursday’s from 6pm-7pm

DETAILS:

  • $10 per person, per class
  • Tuesday & Thursdays from 6pm – 7pm
  • Drop in classes (space is limited)
  • Classes are held at Stanwood Camano Physical Therapy (9612 270th Street NW – main floor)

 


 

COACH JOE’S FITNESS FOR KIDS:

We also offer Coach Joe’s Kids Class (ages 10-18) to get them off the couch and developing pride in their health and fitness.  Kids can expect to have lots of fun and do a variety of activities, including our climbing wall.
The class fee of $5 will go towards a local charity to benefit children.  It is a way to teach kids the value and satisfaction of giving to kids in need.

 

Classes are Tuesday & Thursday from 3-4pm.

PRIVATE GROUP CLASSES:

Classes available for private groups or teams.  Contact us for times and rates.

 


 

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING:

In addition to Coach Joe’s Fitness Classes, we also offer one-on-one personal training.  We highly recommend at least one or two sessions of one-on-one personal training to receive a complete body assessment and to personalize your fitness regimen to benefit you the most.
