Our unique training system supplies the variety of movement needed to develop and maintain flexibility, strength and coordination much in the way nature intended. We get you off exercise machines and using your body in the way it is designed to move.

Youth Fitness Philosophy

Athletics Philosophy
Why we are different:
At Stanwood Camano Physical Therapy we believe in taking a bottom up approach to training young athletes versus going from the top down. Essentially what this means is instead of trying to use traditional training methods that only elite professional athletes are capable of performing, we teach fundamental movements. Building a foundation of fundamental movements enhances success of learning more complex movements as athletes mature. Our knowledge of motor learning gives us the solid foundation to introduce new movements to foster successful acquisition of athleticism.
Personal Training
Jeff Rhone MS, CSCS, PES offers personal training tailored specifically toward achieving YOUR activity and fitness goals. A custom exercise program can keep you from hitting plateaus and decrease risk of overuse injuries. With some creativity, he can make exercise less work and more FUN! As you progress through your training program you will build confidence in your abilities to PERFORM ABOVE the level of your desired activity!
