Jen Turner has worked in the health and fitness field for over 10 years. She first received a bachelors in Early Childhood Development and Public Resources. Jen then went on to obtain a number of fitness and nutrition certifications and became a group fitness instructor for Port Susan Athletic Club (PSAC). She has certifications in group fitness, cycle fitness trainer and sports nutrition specialist. While working for PSAC, Jen joined the staff at Stanwood Camano Physical Therapy as a physical therapy aide. Her passion for helping individuals overcome pain and limitations sparked her desire to go back to school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). She obtained her degree from Whatcom Community College in 2010 and then immediately left for Haiti for a month to join a group of healthcare providers and firemen to provide healthcare to those effected by the earthquake.

Jen strives to support and educate our patients to improve and maintain their overall wellness, enabling them to actively pursue their lives to the fullest.

When Jen is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, running, bicycling, and riding with her husband on his motorcycle. Jen has participated in numerous running and biking events throughout the Pacific Northwest, with a few including Seattle to Portland bike ride, Ragnar Northwest Passage team running relay and Seattle to BC bike ride.
